I need to work on figuring out how to use my tablet. I’ve got a 6×11 Intuos and a T43p that likes to reject my tablet drivers. When it’s not rejecting the drivers, my drawing gets really disfigured thanks to the widescreen-to-not-widescreen ratio stuff happening. So when I do vector art, I’d like the world to know that that’s done on my laptop’s touchpad… with my fingertip… for easily six hours minimum.
That’s my very sad reason why I don’t do vector stuff often. If anyone has advice on how to fix that, please let me know.
So I have an ad now, through Project Wonderful. So far I’m really enjoying this stuff. I encourage you guys to check out whoever’s advertising on it at any given time.
Do you like the larger sized comics? I think if I do vector stuff it will be large (I’ve already got another vector strip for Friday) and the Sharpied stuff will stay small. Lots of experimenting for now. I want to get more serious about Enjuhneer — I really want this to be my full-time job — and some of the stuff I learned at panels at CTCon really lit a fire under my rear end. I’m completely winging the business end of all this, but I have a lot of hope for it. Hooray for hope!
Good luck with the business , I’m sure you can do it!
Go Jenny! Go go, Go Jenny! woo! yay!!
PS: CAPTAIN OBVIOUS says hi.
6 boxes of Pocky?! Bravo.
mmmmm, Poky…..
*apologizes for posting two months after this published*
at RPI, doing my catching up since summer began. Just saying w00t for ConnectiCon, tablets, and bigger comics!
Fingers? What is fingers?
I thought everyone had boxing gloves.
Fingers? *flips back a few comics* Oh… that’s brilliant! Why didn’t I think of that? I’ll draw fingers when I’m good and damn ready!
Only Strong Bad has boxing gloves.
Hmm. Now I understand about the job hunt. You went to EIT and did not get an engineering degree?
