Based on a true story.
So, I have an official panel at Genericon! It’s on RPI campus. If you’re at all interested in gaming/anime/conventions in general, you should totally pre-register and go. It’s a smaller con, but a good one. You can find all the information you need here.
Jenga, not as good as Sky High, where you have different sizes and shapes of blocks, and the object is to stack them on top of each other in turns without it falling. (dice roll determines what block to use) I once managed to do the reverse Sky High, smallest to largest block in order without it toppling. Haven’t seen a set of this in years, but if you find it, its a great way to waste an evening.
There’s a game that’s like sky high but about 1 million times more evil called bausack. Many of the pieces are weird shapes (like cups and eggs and wedges and the like…)
GIANT JENGA WITH 2X4s.
DO IT.
Styrofoam block Jenga at Genericon? Someone make it happen!
Styrofoam blocks don’t work for Jenga – we tried 🙁 But there’s not enough weight and a relatively high coeffecient of friction…
