No idea why Penny, of all the folks in the group, is the one to get the most tech support sorts of questions. You’d think it’d be WiredWolf or Julian. Y’know… the computer people, not the artist.

When discussing computers, artists typically will speak a closer approximation of English than computer people will.

Artists tend be more approachable than computer people
Maybe because the artist is less likely to wander off into technobabble and obscure what-ifs?
