326 – Kali’s Birthday

Poor people with December birthdays. I’m so sorry you get shafted so bad. Kali, as always, has figured out ways to make the best of her situation. Fire solves ALL your problems.

Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and General Well Wishes to all my readers! You guys are awesome and I love you all.

LOL! I’m a December 24 kid myself, too. Awesome.

  2. Daniel says:

Poor December birthdays? Why would you say that? We get two bunches of presents back to back! (Dec 20)

My aunt Carol was born today, too. When she was little, she thought all the fuss was for her. Cherries Jubilee – why blow out candles when you can blow out the whole cake? Also no need to admit how old you are…

  4. Argetva says:

Cherries jubilee sounds pretty good right now… along with laptop flambes (mine crashes at random due to no discernible reason software or hardware)

Today is my birthday as well. I used to hate the fact no one was in town for parties, combo gifts, getting told to wait for xmas or birthday for something I wanted, which amounted to same thing and in winter so no taking it outside to play. Then I got older and found out bars were closed in my hometown, so no free birthday drinks like others got, no movie theater open, and so forth. Luckily I moved to a uni town, so a lot more stays open and goes on.

  6. Renold says:

Wow, so I’m not the only one with a Christmas Eve birthday. People always expect I get ripped off on gifts, but I’ve got a brother, so everyone’s obligated to get us about the same amount of presents on Christmas, and then send me more on my birthday. Though I think Kali might have a fun idea for a new birthday tradition… >.>

    Everything is better on fire.

    Happy Hogswatch!

  9. Domo says:

I agree, there has to be more things we can light on fire

If it’s not on fire, it’s not Science!

Early January birthdays have it bad too. My parents spend so much for Christmas, that there’s not much left for awesome birthday gifts.

My twin brother and I were born on 12/12, so our birthday presents were designed to keep us occupied til Christmas. As such, we have a lot of puzzles with duct tape backings.
