440 – Wolf Tale Part 12

Shock, horror, betrayal, rage?  It seems from reading yesterday’s comments that you guys are getting it, and I’m wicked pumped about that.

Speaking of things I’m wicked pumped about, I’m watching New Who Season 1 and Rose just blew up everything. Freaking awesome!

  1. I notice the cute little puppy on Jordan’s shirt is changing.
Now I think we go beyond simple rage.
Again, I don’t think this will end well for Libby.

Nice way of showing Libby doing her evil smile in this update.
Are those images of her supposed to be part of the skit, or Jordan’s mental images of how she thinks Libby really saw the time Libby was spending with Jordan?

  2. River says:

Crossing my fingers for a wolf-shift that ends with Libby being torn to shreds

  3. Santa Clause says:

    Someone needs a hug…
    and a puppy…
and a heaping helping of revenge, served extra crispy.
Fortunately for Jordan, Santa can give her all three.

  4. mneme says:

Worth remembering here that Libby knows damned well that Jordan isn’t muslim. (which doesn’t stop her from referring to Jordan as such to her minions, of course). Far as I can tell, she’s basically trying to push every button she can in an effort to destroy Jordan…this is, clearly, not going to go well for her, of course.

  5. Batman says:

I am fully prepared to reveal a bunch of nasty little secrets I’ve learned about Libby to the world, let her crimes see the light of day.

  6. The Aussie Bloke says:

*Drags Jordan over to his armoury*

    Pick a weapon, any weapon…

  7. The One Guy says:

You know, I can’t help but wonder why Libby is doing this. The only coherency in her actions is trying to break Jordan as horribly as possible. But what does she have to gain from such? Does she really think putting up such a huge charade is worth it for just a little sadistic pleasure? It just doesn’t make sense.

  8. Renold says:

@The One Guy: Were you never in high school? Some people were just like that.

  9. Lukkai says:

“Some Men Just Want To Watch The World Burn” is what comes to mind here, One Guy.
It could be something else of course. Libby IS treating Jordan as muslim and associated to terrorists for her heritage only. Even though she actually knows better, she simply discards that knowledge for comfortable ignorance (I see this mindset a lot, especially with voters of right-conservative or left-socialistic parties). So maybe she just tries to do what she considers rightful actions for a true American. Or maybe she really is just a jerk. Quite possibly a mix of both.

Hm… For some reason my comment does not seem to appear. Changed something on the site or is it a problem on my part?

Note to world: When you try to push somebody too far, don’t be surprised when it turns out that they are capable of all the same stuff the “quiet ones” are, or more.

Now to quote Pink Floyd: “Run to the bedroom in the suitcase on the left you’ll find my favorite axe. Don’t look so frightened, this is just a passing phase, one of my bad days.” – One of my turns, by Pink Floyd

  14. MrGBH says:

I was actually too angry at Libby to comment.
I’ll go back to my quiet, seething anger now.

This one believes that mean-one would look well with toothmarks.

    Two agrees.

  17. Anonymous says:

Please don’t tell me this is based on a true story. Because if it is then I have lost all faith in the human race.

  18. Josh says:

    I’m right there with anonymous.

If this is based on a true story, expect to see an article in the newspaper about a guy that died from too much alcohol.
