As for strip number 500, I think it should be something major, like either Kali or Tails’s Christmas wishes coming true.
Why would it matter if Kali was decent or not?
It is in Eirian’s character to ask if Kali is decent. Even if you’re invisible, having someone walk in on you when you’re half dressed could be awkward.
For strip 500, EMPAC must explode and reduce the entire city to a hellish post-apocalyptic nuclear zombie-infested death zone. With no internet.
*Silent prayer for Eirian’s mom*
As for your 500th comic, why not have a photo of the entire cast?
Kali becomes visible for a day but no one believes it’s her?
Do what Brawl in the Family did for their 400th. Except with Enjuhneer.
I kind of like drmike’s idea–with one twist: you keep Visible Kali (VisiKali?) off-panel, so the other characters get to see her but we the readers don’t. Some things are just better un-revealed (like the origins of Gonzo, THANK YOU VERY #$@&!* MUCH BRIAN HENSON & CO.).
Something about RPI subreddit and/or something about GM week and the moose.
