   Good Sir Spike is correct. These clothes are for artistic expression of oneself, are they not?
   Could it be that Penny wears these clothes involuntarily, BECAUSE of Kali? Thusly, she would be ashamed to be wearing them and wish to remove them, but Kali’s presence prevents her!
   Ah. Now it dost make sense.
