   So… mad scientist parents, experimental syringes of stuff (genetic-modifications?), and a kid being in the lab they shouldn’t have entered.
   What is missing is how old Kali was at the time.

   What do you mean, Spike? Kali’s on stage, right by the corner of the growth chamber at stage right!

   (What I’m not clear on is what the Scottish play has to do with it. I don’t recall any mention of it in the movie being referred to.)

   @Warrl They’re probably freaking because there’s a “ghost” on stage in the playhouse. Or at least, a disembodied voice. Mentioning the Scottish play damns your production.
