Ironically enough, the ‘Tute is currently experiencing wireless issues for Vista users (I still have XP…)
This actually happened at my school this week. E-mail and everything.
Email systems can generally queue up a message to send when the lines are available again, having been written back in an era while UUCP over dialup was the primary means of exchange….
The message in that case being “Yes, the Internet was down. It’s up now, as you can see by receiving this message.”
We get messages like that at work sometimes . . . an email that the email system is down . . .
